KRR has separate crew and machinery for site activities. Project scheduling is done well in time and tools and tackles lined up. Site facilities are established including office and stores which corresponds with our head office on daily basis.

Qualified personnel take care of the site activities of various disciplines like production, quality and administration. Project Manager heads the team. Coordination is maintained with customer to keep up the target giving prime importance to safety.

Some of the large scale erection and commissioning, as a part of turn-key projects, as displayed here namely

• 1. Inter Absorption Tower, Final Absorption Tower and Drying Tower for a Sulphuric Acid Plant was supplied and erected at Jordan.
  
  
• 2. Rotary Calciner, Roaster, Cooler with Burner Assembly were erected and commissioned at DCW Limited, Tuticorin, Tamilnadu, India.
  
  
• 3. 29 Nos of Rotary Spherical Digesters of diameter 4 meters with rotary mechanism was supplied, erected and commissioned at Ilemnite Plant in DCW Limited.
  
  
• 4. Rotary Spherical Digester of diameter 6 meters with rotary mechanism was supplied, erected and commissioned at Ilemnite Plant in Kerala Minerals and Metals Limited.
  
  
• 5. Stainless Steel lined Rotary Dryer with Stainless Steel Lifters, rotary mechanism, Instrumentation and Burner Assembly was manufactured, supplied, erected and commissioned at Hindustan Copper Limited, Gatzila, Jharkand.
